With over 15 years working in the insurance industry, Justin Niven is one of Australia’s leading experts in the design, implementation and operation of Discretionary Mutual Funds.

Justin co-founded KJ Risk Group in 2012, and is a Responsible Manager on multiple Australian Financial Services Licences (AFSL). He has also held a range of other Directorships of AFS Licenced entities over the years. Prior to establishing KJ, Justin held senior client servicing roles at Marsh Ltd.

Justin holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investments.

As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, Jasmine is the efficient, behind-the-scenes operator that keeps the wheels of the organisation turning smoothly.

Jasmine holds a BA in Health Science combined with Secondary Education, as well as a Masters in Special Education. Since becoming part of the team at KJ Risk over 3 years ago, Jasmine has particularly enjoyed learning the operations of DMFs, as well as enjoying the variety that comes with working in a small, dynamic team.

Jenny has over 10 years’ experience in financial service industry and hold a Bachelor of Commerce – Accounting from Macquarie University

She has extensive experience in Accounting for large Financial Institutions, and has been the Company Secretary and Management Accountant for one of KJ’s Discretionary Mutual Fund’s since 2012. Jenny specialises in the financial management of DMF’s.

Leo has more than 10 years’ experience in information technology with expertise in developing client web portals using Microsoft Technologies.

Leo manages KJ Risk Group internal systems, infrastructures and provides solutions to KJ constantly changing IT requirements.

Leo holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Information and Computer Science.

As Client Services team leader, Linda has been with KJ Risk for 3 years, and enjoys helping to provide insurance solutions for clients and their businesses.

With a Diploma of Insurance Broking and Tier 1 insurance compliant, Linda is also the winner of the “Outstanding Achievement Award in Claims Handling for Insurance Brokers” at the Steadfast Convention in 2017

With 13 years in the insurance industry, Client Services Executive Caron has been part of the KJ Risk team for just over a year.

With a background as a Trade Credit Insurance Broker and Tier 1 Insurance qualified, Caron’s current role involves providing excellent customer service to KJ Risk’s clients.

Tom is a tertiary qualified industry professional with over 10 years of experience within the workers’ compensation industry throughout Australia. He has spent the past 5 years working with a large global brokerage firm as a Senior Risk Consultant in workers’ compensation.

Tom has vast experience in managing the workers’ compensation programs of some of Australia’s largest employers and prides himself on his technical expertise, commercial acumen and ability to establish long and prosperous working relationships.

Craig has 17 years’ workers’ compensation experience, with the most recent 8 working for a large global broker as a Principal, providing coverage across all States and Territories of Australia.

With a passion for claims and injury management Craig prides himself on being able to identify and deliver unique claims strategies resulting in reduced risk and expenditure.
